Thank you for shopping with Zeaxuie. We want you and your pup to have a happy shopping experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, clean, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For pet hygiene and safety reasons, dog toys or pet products that have been used, chewed, damaged by pets, washed, or exposed to pet saliva may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. If your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address by email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used pet toys or products
  • Items with signs of chewing, wear, stains, pet hair, or saliva
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as final sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to contact us first.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide the next steps based on product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
